Biden nominates Kristen Clarke for senior role at DOJ

Kristen M. Clarke is an American attorney who is the president of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. She previously managed the Civil Rights bureau of the New York Department of Law under Eric Schneiderman.

Clarke was previously a federal prosecutor at the agency
